The starting goal of this development, located in the historic centre of the town of La Roca del Vallès, was to design a scheme respectful of the surrounding buildings and the old town. Four homes are therefore laid out over two levels with a façade whose proportions, composition, materials and colours match the housing typology of the site. The homes are set on a steep slope and, as a result, access to them is arranged in a stepped manner.
