The project is a single-storey, L-shaped house whose longer side follows the north-west – south-east orientation and is also aligned with the plot boundaries. The building sits against the buildable limits at the southern corner, leaving more open space to the north. It has a flat roof that follows the interior layout and the volumes that make up the house.
